Social Media Content Calendars

One question that often comes up is about how one can be more effective with social media. There are so many platforms and rules and opinions about what works and what doesn't. It's truly daunting.

A great place to start is with a social media content calendar. I've attached one that is very generic but is a great starting point. If you followed this every day for a month and included three additional posts per week (which I'll share in a moment) you would have a more engaged audience and a solid foundation to grow your show.

In addition to these posts, you want to post a link (with an image) to your podcast the day it posts, 3 days later do the same type of post preceded by In Case You Missed It or ICYMI (whichever you prefer), and an episode discussion thread.

Along the bottom of the page, I included the types of posts you should be cycling through. Be creative. Make your content interesting to look at and engage with.

I encourage you to create your own calendar off of this and share it in the comment section below.
