As I sit here listening to Pink Floyd's Welcome to the Machine,  I think of one game I played in.  The game was  Ptolus by: Monte Cook.  In this game there is an underground machine and when we got to the fight on this machine we played this song.  So now everytime I hear this song I think of that time.
      I hope that when I run games, there are things that the players will always remembeer.  Some times it is not hard.  I don't think one of my players will ever forget that the last time he played with us, before he moved; he got turned in to a dwarf that was growing a shark fin.  But other times it might  be harder to write soming that will stick.

      Today is kind of a Magic the Gathering day.  I am writing about one of my decks in my non-gaming book.  I am working on saling cards for my stote and trying to get an invatory set up to sale on my website www.theswamppit.com. and looking forward to the Dragon Maze prerealse this weekend.

      Today, in my non-gaming book I am going to write about one of my Magic decks.  The reason is I am talking about using others ideas to make something better.
      On the gaming front, I hope to work on ecsape from Cyclops Island.  I am still maping out the cave of the cyclops.  I also need to spend more time working on my card game, Rise of the Monarch.
     

       While before I get in to, todays stuff.  Let me tell you about yesturday.  I don't want you to think that I don't write on sunday, I just got home from playing Magic at midnight and need to go to  bed so I could get to work on time today.
      So not only did I play Magic yesturday lossing all three games I played in.  I also played a two player gme of Risk.  I also lost the game of Risk.  It seems to me that playing Risk with only two people is not the way to go.  I was not able to play my normal style and it really got me out of my zone.
      The first Magic game I played I used my Vampire deck.  It did really good this time, if I could have got one card a turn sooner I might have won the game.  The second game I used my level up deck, it did not play the way it normaly plays.  I still only had one of the land types I need to make the deck work, and all the creature cards were for the land type I had, but they all cost 3 or more to level up, so I could level up or play a creature.  The last game I played I used my Milfolk deck, and it was the worst of them all.  There is one person I play with and hsi primary goal is not to win,  but to make sure I lose, so there I had to deal with that and because the other player could see what was going on, he would only attack me.
      Now on to, today.  I have a goal to get the first draft of my non-gaming book done by June 6th so I am going to work on that most of the day, but I will make some time to work on Escape From Cyclops Island.

Today, I started a new game.  Crypts and Things.

  It is a fun game even though it was the first day.  We started by playing Red Coats to set up the game.  We all died, and that is ok  because that is what was to happen.

It was a kind of easy day, we started the game by having a feast at the bar, then we had to go take care of a problem. This problem would end up giving us 200 g.p. and then the mage had to kill him.  In the process of getting the gold the thief got his head blowen off because he could not look for traps first.
   I kind of like the Prelog thing, I might start doing it with some of my games.
   Now it is time to work on my Roman adventure.

Friday the 18th
   Today was suppose to be a Magic podcast day, but for what ever reason it was not.  So I can work on some of the stuff for the store, or I could make my own podcasst what is most likely to happen, I still need to get something out.  I could also sit down and work on how I am going to do a Magic how to video for the Youtube channel.
    It seems that today would be a good day, to start my new Greek/Roman adventure.  So I think that is what I am going to work on most today.

I hope to share with you all, my gaming stuff each day.  everyday it will be  something different,  but most of it will be RPG's.
   So tonight I am most likely going to work on my non game related book.  But there is a small chance  I work on Neverwinter, or The adventure I am planing for adventureaweek.com.  This is going to be a greek/roman adventure.
