The wait is over! The second annual Chronic Con is coming back to the Hyatt Regency O’Hare in Rosemont, Illinois from October 10–12, 2025. After a wildly successful debut in 2024, Chronic Con returns—this time perfectly timed with the 30th anniversary of Kevin Smith’s cult classic film, Mallrats.
Whether you’re a longtime fan of the View Askewniverse or just discovering the world of Jay and Silent Bob, this 3-day celebration promises celebrity guests, live podcasts, exclusive collectibles, cosplay, and unforgettable memories for fans of all ages.
🎬 What Is Chronic Con?
Chronic Con is the brainchild of writer/director Kevin Smith and is dedicated to celebrating the View Askewniverse—the shared fictional world featured in classics like Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy, Dogma, and the Jay and Silent Bob films.
Straight out of Jay and Silent Bob Reboot, this immersive fan convention lets attendees connect with the stories, characters, and community that Kevin Smith has masterfully built over the decades.
